PROMISE is designed to be simple and easy for patients and their physicians. Patients don’t have to leave their home or the care of their physician. Patients must allow their physician to provide medical records to PROMISE researchers and complete an online survey every six months. Patients can choose to leave PROMISE at any time. PROMISE is designed to continue for at least 20 years.
